We stand by all of our premium products and offer a complete no hassle exchange on all items found to be defective.
Essential Oil Diffusers
All oil diffusers come with a 6 month limited warranty. This warranty guarantees the diffuser will be free from defects in worksmanship. If the diffuser is found to be defective due to manufacturing, we will send out a replacement. You will need to contact us at support@essentialcalm.ca prior to returning the items to us. We will send an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form which you will fill out and return to us. We will issue an RMA# which you will include with your purchase and we will handle the rest.
Return shipping for all items found defective will be covered by us. We will send you a return shipping label which you will affix to the package and ship.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a replacement at our cost or if you would like, we can offer you an item of equal or lesser value or a straight up refund of the purchase price minus shipping.
