By shopping at Essential Calm Canada, you can rest assured knowing that your orders and your total satisfaction in our service is our top priority.

We ship usually same day or next day across North America including the US. Customers can choose either Expedited Shipping or Express Post shipping which is provided through Canada Post.

Full Tracking will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Times

The wait time for orders once they have shipped depends on when your order was placed and where the order is shipping to. The following are approximate wait times for deliveries placed using the different shipping services.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with full tracking. Simply click the link in the email and you will be brought to the Canada Post website where you can check the status and see exactly where your order is currently and when it is expected to arrive.

Returning Merchandise

From time to time we all make errors in ordering, and sometimes the product is just not what we thought it would be. You can rest assured knowing that we will accept returns for all products we offer. The following are our guidelines for returns for specific products we offer

Essential Oil Candles
We accept returns on all candles provided they are not used. You can return any unused candle within 90 days of the purchase date. The Candles must be in their original packaging and in unused brand new condition.

Essential Oils
We accept returns on all essential oils provided they are not used. You can return any unused essential oils within 90 days of the purchase date. The essential oils must be in their original packaging and in unused brand new condition.

Essential Oil Soaps
We accept returns on all essential oil soaps provided they are not used. You can return any unused essential oil soaps within 90 days of the purchase date. The essential oil soaps must be in their original packaging and in unused brand new condition.

Lotions & Moisturizers
We accept returns on all lotions & moisturizers provided they are not used. You can return any unused lotions and moisturizers within 90 days of the purchase date. The lotions and moisturizers must be in their original packaging and in unused brand new condition.

Hair Care Products
We accept returns on all hair care products provided they are not used. You can return any unused hair care products within 90 days of the purchase date. The hair care products must be in their original packaging and in unused brand new condition.

Massage Oils
We accept returns on all massage oils provided they are not used. You can return any unused massage oils within 90 days of the purchase date. The massage oils must be in their original packaging and in unused brand new condition.

Diffusers
We accept returns on all diffuser(s) provided they are not used. You can return any unused diffuser(s) within 90 days of the purchase date. The diffuser(s) must be in their original packaging and in unused brand new condition.

Defective Merchandise
If the product you purchased is defective in any way, please contact us at support@essentialcalm.ca and we will require you to fill out an RMA (Return Authorization Form) which once filled out, will be processed and we will provide instructions on how to return the product(s) back to us for a replacement or refund as we deem fit.

Diffusers Warranty
All Diffusers sold by Essential Calm Canada come with a 1 year limited warranty which provides a full replacement if the product has become defective due to a manufacturing defect in worksmanship. Please contact us at support@essentialcalm.ca to get more information regarding the return of a Diffuser if you feel there was a defect in the manufacturing of the product.
