At Essential Calm, we understand customers, and we know that there are many questions that need to be asked in order to feel comfortable shopping online with us. We take customer inquiries seriously and strive to provide the answers you need to make an informed decision when purchasing quality relaxation and calming products.

How do i place my order on Essential Calm

To place an order with us, simply browse our selection of premium essential products and add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.

After you have added all your items, you can click the cart icon on the top right of our store and proceed to checkout.

You will be asked to supply your billing and shipping address and choose which shipping method you prefer.

Finally you will provide your payment information securely through our website and place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once we receive your order and our team will begin processing your order.

What Shipping Methods does Essential Calm use for shipping orders?

We use Canada Post for all shipments to Canada and USA. We currently utilize Canada Post Expedited service and Canada Post Express Post services. These services offer insurance and full tracking, so you know exactly where your order is and when you can expect for it to arrive. Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your Postal/Zip code.

When will i receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 24hrs if it was placed Mon – Fri before 4pm EST. If placed after 4pm EST on Fridays, it will ship the following Monday except if there is a holiday whereas it would ship the very next business day following that holiday.

How do i return my order for a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at support@essentialcalm.ca and let us know. We will guide you through the minimal steps to have the order returned back to us. If the item is unused or unopened, we can provide a full refund or exchange as needed. If it was an error on our part or the products you purchased were defective in any way, we will pay for return shipping. For any errors on our part where we need to send a replacement product or entire order, we will cover that shipping also. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns section for more information.

Is your site secure for when i place my order?

At Essential Calm, we use the highest encryption possible to provide the ultimate security when you shop online with us. All data entered on our store is kept safe and all payment information is not kept or stored on our store. Once your payment has been made, all information is removed from our system so ensure your financial data remains secure.

Are all products sourced from Organic ingredients?

All products on Essential Calm are certified organic. All ingredients are sourced from organic farms in USA and Canada.
